What is the cost to have a wedding at Agave Estates?

What are “Prime Dates”?
In general, wedding season extends from late spring and continues through early fall, with weddings peaking in June and September. Fortunately for us, the spring months; March, April, May and June, are prime months for tying the knot.
The stage is set when there’s with a roaring fire in our fireplace and crisp cool breeze on the courtyard… it’s so romantic, and thus this makes the fall months our most favored! If you’re looking for an October or November date, book it early as those fill first on our calendar, followed by mid-to-late September and December.
What is “Off Season”?
Typically, off seasons consists of months with “extreme weather”. Fortunately for us, winter only consists of two months, January and February, but on the flip side, let’s face it, we live in the Houston metroplex. It’s HOT, and with our climate we have discovered that July and August are less favorable than early spring and fall.
How do payments work?
After securing your date with your $2500 deposit, we’ll help you customize a payment plan based on how much time you have before your event.
Cash, Check, or E-check payments are recommended to avoid a convenience fee.
Credit or Debit payments are accepted with 3% fee (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover)
How many people can Agave Estates accommodate?
Our indoor ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Our outdoor ceremony courtyard can accommodate up to 250 guests.

How can I tour Agave Estates?
Do you allow outside catering?
While our package already include delicious food options, we can also work with your outside licensed caterer. Our full-service team will remain onsite to set up your tables, linens, and china, assist with food service, bus tables, and clean up after your event.

While it is okay to utilize outside catering as long as they meet our vendor catering requirements, we have made things easier by listing below our additional, pre-approved catering companies:

Do you allow outside alcohol?
Due to our state licensing, outside alcohol is not allowed. Our All-Inclusive package provides unlimited beer, wine, & spirits for your adult guests to enjoy throughout the party.
How long do I have access to the property?
You will be our only party on your reserved day, and event timing is customized based on your needs. Our All Inclusive package is priced to include 7-hours getting ready time, a 30-minute ceremony, and a 4.5 hour reception.

What happens in case of rain?
We offer you the flexibility to decide on your ceremony location on the day of your wedding. If you decide to move indoors, our team will transition your dancefloor to ceremony-style seating for your immediate family, with other guests seated warmly around you at their tables.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we love seeing your four-legged friends celebrate with you! We ask that all animals remain on leash while in public areas and crated or taken offsite before dinner service.
