Steve Livingston – Managing Partner
Steve Livingston has been making wedding dreams come true in the Katy area for over 15 years—but this year, the celebration became personal. In February, Steve celebrated his own love story, marrying his beloved wife, Susan, at The Stables on the Brazos, one of the very venues he brought to life. Experiencing the joy of a wedding day firsthand has deepened his passion and empathy for every couple walking through our gates.
Steve’s mission is simple yet profound: to leave every person he encounters better than he found them. It’s a guiding principle that has shaped not only his approach to hospitality, but also the incredible team he’s built. With a genuine heart for people and a sharp eye for excellence, Steve leads with integrity, positivity, and purpose—infusing the entire Agave Estates and Stables teams with that same energy and commitment.

Amanda Krocker – Director of Operations
For the past 10 years, Amanda Krocker has been the heart behind the scenes at Agave Estates. As our Director of Operations, she’s the go-to expert for all things Agave—ensuring every detail flows seamlessly and every couple feels genuinely cared for from day one.
Amanda has proudly managed this hidden gem of a venue since 2015, and her passion for top-notch hospitality shines through in everything she does. When she’s not overseeing magical wedding days, you’ll likely find her enjoying Katy’s local patio spots with her husband, son, and fur baby in tow.
From your first tour to your final send-off, Amanda’s goal is simple: to make sure your experience at Agave Estates is as joyful, memorable, and effortless as the love you’re here to celebrate.


Laura Wilson – Sales Manager
Laura Wilson first experienced the magic of Agave Estates in one of the most meaningful roles of her life: as the proud mother of the bride. When her daughter was married here in 2011, Laura was so impressed by the seamless planning, the beautiful setting, and the heartfelt service that she knew—one day—she’d love to help others create that same unforgettable experience. Now, as our Sales Manager, she does just that.
A longtime resident of the Katy-Fulshear area (39 years and counting!), Laura brings both local insight and genuine warmth to every couple she meets. With 40 years of marriage to her husband and best friend, Chris, she also knows a thing or two about lasting love—and she’s passionate about helping you start your journey with the perfect celebration.
When she’s not guiding couples through our booking process or dreaming up ways to make your big day stress-free and spectacular, you’ll find her reading a great book, walking outdoors, cooking something delicious, or soaking up time with her grandkids. She’s also happiest by the ocean and will never turn down the chance to catch a sunrise or sunset.
With a heart for family, a love for weddings, and first-hand knowledge of what it means to experience Agave Estates as a guest, Laura is here to make sure your wedding day is one of the best experiences of your life.
Angela Yzaguirre – Client Experience Manager
Fom the moment you say “yes” to the venue, Angela becomes your go-to girl for all things planning. Think of her as your personal wedding sidekick—here to answer questions, guide you through decisions, and cheer you on every step of the way.
Unlike most venues that hand over a contract and wish you luck, Angela sticks with you—from your first walkthrough to the moment you’re officially handed off to your day-of coordinator, 60 days before the big day. Whether you’re navigating catering tastings, choosing the perfect bar package, or just needing a little reassurance, Angela is here to keep things on track and stress levels low.

Kim Nazimek – Office Manager
If love makes the world go ’round, Kim keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes! As our Office Manager, she’s the friendly face behind your payment schedule—making sure everything is processed smoothly, on time, and with a smile.
Whether you’re making your first deposit or checking on final details, Kim is here to help every step of the way. She brings warmth, organization, and a touch of wit to the numbers side of your wedding planning—proof that handling business can still feel like part of the celebration!

For over 15 years, Amanda Bayer has been the creative heartbeat behind Agave Estates. As Marketing Director, she’s the voice, vision, and strategy behind everything from our brand presence to our signature guest experience. If you’ve seen a breathtaking photo, read an engaging post, or fallen in love with one of our packages—it likely had Amanda’s thoughtful touch behind it.
Amanda’s passion for weddings runs deep. Having helped thousands of couples celebrate their big day, she understands exactly what it takes to make a venue feel like the one. Her background in creative design, advertising, and event marketing has helped position Agave Estates as one of the most beloved venues in the Houston area.
Outside the office, Amanda loves soaking up inspiration from the beauty around her—whether that’s the joy of a wedding day, the charm of a good story, or the laughter of her two dogs. Her mission is simple: to ensure every couple feels seen, celebrated, and completely confident that they’ve chosen the perfect place to begin forever.
