Vendor Check-In:
Your Agave Coordinator will call each of your vendors a few days before the event to confirm their arrival time. You won’t
need to do a thing!
Attend Your Rehearsal (if applicable):
The day before your event, you’ll meet your coordinator at your designated rehearsal time to run thru the ceremony details. This is a “dry run,” which means no music is played, and we focus on practicing the ceremony processional and recessional.
