Build a Guest List:

Most likely, you have already started to get an idea of how many people you’d like to have at your party, but if you haven’t compiled an exact list of names yet, now is the time to start. Here are a few tips for managing your guest list throughout your planning process:

  • List Format: Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, or even handwritten lists are all effective ways to keep track of your

guest list. Use a format that you’re already comfortable with to make things easier as you go.

Consider Save-the-Dates:

To send or not to send a Save-the-Date? While not everyone chooses to include one, here are a couple of ways a Save-the-Date can help you (and your guests)!

  • Saves the Date – You’ve worked hard to find and reserve your event date in advance – sending a Save-the-Date ensures your guests can make their travel plans

Mark Your Calendar for your Grand Tasting Experience:

We have pre-reserved your table at your Grand Tasting Experience in accordance with the schedule below. Attendance is included for you and up to 3 guests (4 total). Additional guests may be added for $25 each. We will contact you to confirm your attendance 3-4 weeks prior to your tasting.

Tuesday, February 7th, 2023 at 6:30 PM Event occurs in March – May 2023
Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 6:30 PM Event occurs in June – August 2023
Tuesday, August 8th, 2023 at 6:30 PM Event occurs in September – November 2023
Tuesday, November 7th, 2023 at 6:30 PM Event occurs in December 2023 – February 2024
Tuesday, February 6th, 2024 at 6:30 PM Event occurs in March – May 2024
Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 at 6:30 PM Event occurs in June – August 2024


Private Tastings


If you are unable to attend your Grand Tasting Experience, you may request to schedule a Private Tasting with II Forks Catering at the rate of $150 for up to 4 attendees. Private Tastings are held at II Forks’ Katy Restaurant, Hasta la Pasta, and are generally available on Wednesday & Thursday evenings.
