Final Consult with your Agave Coordinator:
In between your Initial and Final Consults, your coordinator will be working to create your Event Timeline & Floorplan. The Final Consult is our chance to review every line with you.
We will also finalize your floor plan diagram, update your agreement with your final guest count and food selections, and help answer any remaining questions you may have.
Final Floral Review with your Florist:
Like the final consult with your coordinator, your final floral review will be your florist’s opportunity to adjust your order based on your final event details, as now you’ll have more concrete details like how many centerpieces you’ll need.
Submit your Final Guest Count:
Due 14 days prior to your Event, this is your final chance to make any changes to your agreement, food order, and guest count.
