What dates and times are available for “Why Wait” Weddings at Agave?

 “Why Wait” Wedding Packages are designed for short and sweet celebrations of up to 50 guests, and are available for dates within 90 days of booking.

I have more than 50 guests. Can I add on more people?

The “Why Wait” packages are priced for 50 gusts, but up to 25 guests may be added for a total of 75 guests in attendance. We have found that parties larger than 75 guests require more event time, staff, and planning resources, so we recommend our Full-Service package options instead.

I have my own event agenda in mind – can I customize my timeline?

Your coordinator is here to help bring your wedding vision to life, so we are happy to work with you on a customized timeline. However, some elements of the timeline are designed to offer the “Why Wait” packages at the best value possible.  For instance, we require 30-minutes at the beginning and end of your venue access to allow for guest arrival and departure, along with setup and breakdown of your personal items.

I have no idea how to plan a wedding. Will my coordinator help?

Absolutely – upon booking, you will receive a copy of our Event Planning Worksheet for you to complete and review with your coordinator during your Planning Consultation. This worksheet will guide you through all the major elements of a wedding and reception, so you don’t forget a single detail. Your coordinator will use this information to help create your timeline and floor plan, readying us to host a flawless ceremony and reception for you.

I want to use some of your services, but not all of them. Can I customize my package?

Yes! DJ & Coordination Services are the only thing we require that you keep in your package because these elements are so crucial to the success of your event. Just talk to your Agave Representative about any other services you’d like to include or remove, and we can create a custom package just for you!

I want to customize the look of my party. Can I come in early to set up?

If you need more time than your package allows (1-3 hours total), we offer additional setup and suite time at the rate of $200 per hour. This does not guarantee exclusive access to the venue, as we may have tours, rehearsals, or meetings going on earlier in the day. Additional time may not be used to extend event times.
