I really enjoy developing personalized special occasion menus. It gives me the opportunity to step outside the box and create. Especially cooking for guests with dietary needs and providing true 5-star experience.

Agave Estates is special because of the architecture, beautiful landscape, and the professional culture to match. The venue and setting inspired me to create the border kitchen cuisine using local and exotic ingredients. I use local, organic ingredients and slip in some exotic ingredients to create American creole. Oysters Agave, Chauvinist Pig, Foghorn Leghorn, and Shipley Donut Bread Pudding – just some of the few signature items I have brought to Agave. We pride ourselves on providing high quality restaurant fare as well as menus for wedding celebrations.
