You’ve planned and prepared for the most special day of your life.
You’ve picked the linens and the floral centerpieces, the chargers
and even the napkin fold, but how are you going to know how your guests
will be treated on the day-of? Well, we’ve created an
opportunity for you to find out beforehand. Once a quarter,
we gather our Brides together for tasting like none other!

Our VIP tasting allows you and your Fiancé to come to a
private dining experience, at the venue, along with other couples
who are about to be married, and be served your food tasting
in the same style and fashion that your guests will
experience on the day of. With the same attention to detail
and guest services, we will prepare each of the menu
options available in your package and display them in
buffet style so that you will experience this portion of your
wedding day in the same fashion that your guests will.

From 5pm to 6pm we will have a miniature Open House
featuring some of our favorite Preferred Vendors and then
from 6pm to 7pm we’ll open the floor to cocktail hour with
passed appetizers and drink specials. Dinner will be then
be served from 7pm to 9pm. Come taste the food,
the appetizers and sample the wine and then choose
what will be served on your wedding day.

Our first tasting will be held on January 23, 2018 and is
for brides who will be getting married in
February, March and April

The second VIP Tasting will be held in April and is
for brides who will be getting married in
May, June and July

The third VIP Tasting will be held in July and is
for brides who will be getting married in
August, September and October

The fourth VIP Tasting will be held in October and is
for brides who will be getting married in
November, December and January 2019

Your Agave Rio catering package includes:
